Terms of Sale (CGV) – Nus au Soleil

These General Terms of Sale govern the sales of products on the website Nus au Soleil (https://www.nusausoleil.fr) between:

The Seller: Gabriel Ansel / Nus au Soleil, illustrator, sole proprietor (auto-entrepreneur) registered in France.

The Customer: Any natural or legal person placing an order on the website.

1. Products

Nus au Soleil offers art prints, postcards, and printed illustrations inspired by naturist destinations.

Each design is an original creation, printed in France on professional-grade paper.

The essential characteristics of the products (dimensions, finishes, prices) are described on each product page. Photos are non-contractual.

2. Prices

Prices are listed in Euros (€) and exclude shipping costs.

VAT not applicable (under Article 293B of the French General Tax Code – CGI).

Nus au Soleil reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

3. Orders

Any order confirmed by the customer implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

A confirmation email summarising the order will be sent after payment verification.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

Payment for purchases is made via secure platforms (Credit/Debit Card, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

The order will only be prepared once full payment has been received.

5. Shipping

Products are shipped via La Poste (the French national postal service), either as a tracked letter (lettre suivie) or parcel post (Colissimo), depending on the size of the print.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are indicated before the order is finalised.

Estimated delivery times:

• Mainland France: 3 to 7 working days
• European Union: 5 to 10 working days
  

Nus au Soleil cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.

To do so, simply send an email to bonjour[@]nusausoleil.fr.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product in perfect, resaleable condition.

⚠️ Customised products (such as bespoke/custom illustrations) cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Complaints and Customer Service

In the event of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at: bonjour[@]nusausoleil.fr

An appropriate solution will be offered (exchange, refund, or replacement shipment).

8. Intellectual Property

All illustrations sold on this website are the exclusive property of Gabriel Ansel / Nus au Soleil.

Any reproduction, modification, or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

9. Personal Data

The data collected during the order process (name, address, email, etc.) is used solely for processing orders and is never sold to third parties.

In accordance with the French "Informatique et Libertés" law and GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data at any time.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be prioritised. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
