The Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (PACA) region shares a deep, historic bond with the naturist movement. Here, the sea is crystal-clear, the sunny days are endless, and nudity feels completely natural within the landscape. This collection brings together three iconic locations of the French Riviera and Provence—offering three distinct ways to experience freedom along the Mediterranean coast.

Île du Levant, off the coast of Hyères (Var), stands as one of the most powerful symbols of French naturism. Accessible only by ferry from Cavalaire or Le Lavandou, it offers a complete break from the mainland. The Mediterranean wild scrub (maquis) is dense and fragrant, the rocky coves are wild, and the waters are exceptionally clear. Héliopolis, its historic naturist village, is one of the oldest in France; visiting means joining a community that has cherished this pristine setting for generations.

The Calanque des Pierres Tombées in Cassis reveals a different side of the Mediterranean: more secret, mineral, and raw. Framed by dramatic limestone cliffs plunging into turquoise waters, this naturist cove can only be reached on foot or by boat. This natural barrier makes it one of the most preserved spots on the coast—a hidden gem where nudity is experienced in absolute silence and raw beauty.

Camping Naturiste Verdon Provence offers a completely different experience: inland naturism. Far from the crowded coastline, nestled in the heart of the Verdon Gorges surrounded by lavender fields, it provides a grounded, serene form of naturism rooted in rural Provence.
