I am committed to delivering your orders quickly and in the best possible condition. Here is everything you need to know about the shipping of your prints.

Order Processing Times

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 working days after payment is received. I take extra care to prepare every single package with the utmost attention.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via La Poste (the French national postal service). This ensures a secure and reliable delivery for your naturist prints. Depending on the size of the prints, orders are shipped via tracked letter (lettre suivie) or parcel post (Colissimo).

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees vary depending on your order total and destination. You can view the exact shipping costs at checkout before finalising your purchase:

France

  • Orders from €0 to €80 → €5
  • Orders of €80 and over → Free

European Union

  • Orders from €0 to €80 → €15
  • Orders of €80 and over → €5

International + Eastern Europe (Africa, Americas, Asia, Oceania, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine)

  • Flat rate → €35

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You will be able to track your package's journey directly on the La Poste website.

Delivery & Delays

While I do everything in my power to ensure timely delivery, I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services. If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, I encourage you to check the tracking status or contact La Poste directly.

Packaging

All prints are carefully packaged to ensure they are fully protected during transit. Prints are sent in rigid, reinforced packaging to prevent any damage.

Delivery Issues

If you notice any issue with your delivery (damaged product, incorrect order, etc.), please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package. I will do my absolute best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
